SMS stands for short message service, a convenient way to send brief text messages directly to a friend's, professionals and colleagues wireless telephones. A SMS message has a maximum length of 160 characters, or about 20 words. SMS is a convenient way to keep in touch with friends and family!

	What is a SMS Gateway?	Top
SMS Gateway is an interface between software applications mobile networks. An SMS Gateway allows interfacing software applications to send and/or receive SMS messages over mobile network. Typically a SMS Gateway uses either one or more GSM modems or a direct network connection (HTTP(S), SMPP, CIMD etc) with the SMSC to send and receive messages to and from mobile networks.

You can manage your contacts through your "Address Book" area by adding contacts one by one or by uploading your contacts File.

Once you Login In, Click on "Outbox" The exact message sent to a particular mobile number is displayed there.

I sent an SMS but it has not been received. Why?

Here are some reasons why he/she may not receive the SMS message that you sent to them:

The mobile device is "out-of-range"
Memory capacity has been exceeded
Subscriber 'busy' for short messaging
The mobile number you entered is incorrect.

	How quickly will my messages be delivered?	Top
This depends on a number of factors: Once messages are delivered to the carriers the time it takes for them to be delivered to a handset is out of our control. If the handset is switched off has low reception low battery a full message 'inbox' then this can affect the time between sending and receiving the message.
